Today, on #WhatSheSaid, the podcast of Her Circle News, our editor-in-chief, Christine Merser, interviews Dr. Thomas Kerenyi, the former head of the OB/GYN department at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Dr. Kerenyi was one of the first doctors to perform abortions in New York City clinics in 1970, when New York State made abortion legal, before the United States Supreme Court’s 1973 decision in Roe v. Wade.
